How much electricity does a PC use when in standby?

Has anyone measured how much power a PC uses when it is in standby mode? I know it's going to vary by machine, but looking for a general idea.

Standby use = ~1W

Normal PC use = 80W

PC with 5 HDDs, core i7, 4 dimms of RAM, monitor, mouse, and keyboard = 200W

Standby Power Summary Table
http://standby.lbl.gov/summary-table.html

"We measured the standby power of many, many, products. The table below summarizes those measurements, with the average, minimum, and maximum power levels observed while in standby. Power consumption is listed in "watts" (W). See the FAQs for a detailed explanation. The "Count" refers to the number of products that we measured."
