Can you create two VLANs with one access point?

Can you create two VLANs with one access point (e.g prioritizing voice packets over data passing through the same access point through wireless switching)? I have to buy two sets of APs -- for voice and data -- in my WLAN because I want to use separate SSIDS for my converged voice and data network in order to isolate the voice service for preferential treatment.
