Is the Pebble Watch compatible with iOS 7?

Are there any compatibility issues between iOS 7 and the Pebble Smartwatch?

The Pebble Smartwatch Grows Up With A New SDK And iOS 7 Support

"The team at Pebble today announced new software that will improve the appeal of the critically acclaimed smartwatch to both customers and developers though a new iOS app and an updated SDK.

Seen by many as a vanguard both for wearable technology and crowd-funding for hardware projects, the successful Kickstarter project boats of over 190,000 units sold, and on wrists around the world. Until now the Pebble experience on Android and iOS has been unbalanced, with more functionality lying in the Android partnership. With the launch of iOS 7 and improved access to the Notification Center for developers, Pebble users with iOS devices can now see all their smartphone notifications on their smartwatch."

They should work fine together. In fact, iOS 7’s has some improvements specifically designed for Smartwatch/Fitness Band users, including better Bluetooth support. On the Pebble side, they just released more APIs that should expand its capabilities, including Javascript, persistent storage, accelerometer and data logging. As a whole, the Pebble Smartwatch is getting better and better, both through the company’s own refinements and increased support from developers. I still haven’t bought one, but it is reaching the point where I am seriously considering it.

There were, but a new software update for iOS 7 now gives the Pebble access to all apps notifications, as this article reports. Previously the Pebble only showed texts, email notifications and call info from an owner's iPhone.
