First of all, keep in mind that any advice from strangers on the internet should be taken with a grain of salt. We may be from different locations, and judging from your reference to your earlier education, you are not from the US. I’m not sure what you mean when you say you “did Hardware and Networking.” I’ll assume, perhaps incorrectly, that is the equivalent of a 2 year associates degree in the US. If so, and you don’t already have a job gaining experience in the field, I would say that a CCNA certification could strengthen your resume. MSCE certainly would. Gaining certifications will almost certainly help you during the recruiting/evaluation process for any position, as will experience. It is very possible that MSCE (or CCNA) certification could help make it easier to get a position where you can build your experience level that will help you progress in your career. I just don’t see it as an either/or proposition between education and experience - you really need both. Those first positions may not be ideal, but we all have to start somewhere. Good luck, keep trying, and it will all work out eventually.
