There are 2 big search engine optimisation differences: Bing and Yahoo still use the keyword meta tag while Google doesn't. Bing and Yahoo focus more on link popularity than Google. Links are becoming less and less important to the search giant because they can be artificial and probably most of them are. Number one ranking factors for Google are now content, social "votes" and authorship.
If you are in the US, something like 80% of American searches use Google so that’s what you should mainly concentrate on.
