What to do when user profile cannot be loaded in Windows 7?

I am sure that I entered my correct login info, but I am getting a message that the user profile cannot be loaded. How can I log on to Windows 7?

Something wrong with Windows system, you need to fix user profile issue, just do as this guide says: http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com/articles/fix-windows/fix-the-user-profile-service-failed-the-logon-error-in-Windows-8-7.html

First thing to do is to start the computer in safe mode to see if there is an account without a password. If all accounts have passwords you can download a file to burn to CD that will help you remove the password. You should be able to find one here.

Guaranteed solution to this problem in 10 minutes.

Turn off PC using on/off switch.

Turn on again and choose to restart in Safe Mode at prompt.

Enter your old User Profile password when prompted.

Windows will start in Safe mode and display 'Windows Help & Support' screen.

Click on 'What is Safe Mode'

Click on 'What is Recovery'

Click on 'Open Recovery'

Click on 'Open System Restore'

NEXT

Choose last valid restore point. This would usually be the second to last date you see on the Updates list. The last valid point you are sure your User Profile was in use.

Click Finish and system will restore to previous Valid Restore point with all files intact.

This worked fine for me today on 23rd November 2013.

Good Luck.

Here is a step-by-step guide to resetting your Windows 7 password, but be aware that it will take you some time. It’s not hard, but there are a lot of steps. Have fun.
