What did the JSS15R OTA update for Nexus 7 change?

I just got an OTA update (JSS15R) today for my 2013 Nexus 7, but can’t seem to find anything different. Does anyone know what this changed?

Nexus 7 WiFi Receiving Update to JSS15R, Appears to be Ultra Minor

"A new Android 4.3 update is currently rolling out to the new Nexus 7 WiFi models this week as build JSS15R. The update is tiny, so we’re not even sure if it does much but fix bugs. We were hoping that it would address the ongoing touch-screen issue saga, but reports out of Google’s support forums aren’t giving us much hope."

Not too much, it was only 8mb. In addition to the ubiquitous “performance and stability improvements,” it also makes some improvements to user account management. Some Nexus 7 users also report improved touchscreen performance, but this could be a placebo effect. As far as I know, Google didn't release a changelog.
