How do you add non-English keyboards to Windows Phone 8?

I need to send an occasional message using the Cyrillic Alphabet on my Lumia 920. Is there a way to add a Cyrillic keyboard to Windows 8 Phone?

This might help.

Add a keyboard layout
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/change-keyboard-layout

"To add a keyboard layout for a language

Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
(If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer down, and then click Search.)

Enter language, choose Settings, and then tap or click Add a language.

Choose the language that you want to add a keyboard layout to, tap or click Options next to the language name, and then tap or click Add an input method.

Browse the input method list or use the search box to look for the keyboard layout you want to use.

Double-tap or double-click the keyboard layout, and then tap or click Save."

You can easily download keyboards in other languages. Just go into your settings, and select the keyboard section. Choose “add keyboard” and you should see an extensive list of languages that you can download. Pick the one you need, then download it (the phone may say something along the lines of download update as well), restart your device. When your keyboard is opened afterwards, you should see a language key to the left of the space bar that will toggle between languages.
