How to remove toolbars from browser?

I missed one of those "check if you don't want the toolbar installed" boxes and accidentally installed an unwanted toolbar in my Firefox browser. I may be missing the obvious, but how the heck do I get rid of the toolbar?

Check your browser's add-ons or extensions list. Find the options for that plugin, you can most likely get rid of it that way. And yes, they are a pain to deal with, I never use them. They just take up screen space and system resources, for the most part.

I HATE companies that make the default to install an unwanted toolbar. What kind of dirtbag approves that decision? I'm looking at you, Oracle.

Probably the easiest way to remove them is to use Toolbar Cleaner (www.toolbarcleaner.com). You can also get rid of them by going into the tools menus of your browsers and digging around to disable add-ons, but Toolbar Cleaner is easier (and free).
