windows 8 system restore

running win 8 used win 7 backup program that was included with win 8 system seems to have made copy of system disk and saved all my files but when i go to restore sysem it only give me the option to restore files not to replace system from image it made option is not on screen as it was in windows 7

 

i made a partion on my drive to hold the backup it is 300 gig of the tery byte drive

 

what happined to the restore like it was in windows 7

Click "Set up Backup" on the top right side of the Windows 7 File Recovery pop-up window. It should work the same way as it did with Windows 7 to make system image backups.

it dows set up the backup as it does in win 7 but when you go to restore the sysem the only option at the bottom are to restore your files.

 

the last line that was in windows 7 to restore your system is missing.

 

i coppied the program from a windows 7 machine and the line is still not there must be some dll that the program is calling that they crippled cant image why they would have taken it out
