If you're working on Mac, simply press "Cmd + Shitf + 4" to do the trick. Your mouse will turn to a cross-hair, letting you drag a region on the screen to create a snapshot. Images generated this way will be available on your desktop. More tips about how to screenshoton Mac can be read at here.

Hello Rhames,

It will depend with the situation as there can be 2 cases while you are taking a screenshot:

1. Screenshot of entire desktop - command+shift+3

2. Screenshot of selected area - command+shift+4 it will provide you the chance of making selection

All the items will be saved at your default location.
