Best wireless setup for setting up guest network in a business

My friends would like me to setup a wireless network in their social club and allow the patrons guest Internet access. I've been reading a lot of reviews and was looking for some insight on the best wireless equip.for this application. The building is older with a lot of concrete and steel but not exceptionally large. I was looking at apple's AirPort Extreme. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have an AirPort Extreme, and it's always worked very well for me. I'd say give it a shot. I believe you have 14 days to return it to Apple if it doesn't meet your needs.

You might need a repeater with all of the concrete and steel. A repeater is cheap, effective, and will help you avoid dead zones that are common in commercial structures with steel/concrete construction. The AirPort Extreme is a very solid choice and may do the job fine, and if you do run into dead spots, you can just add on a repeater later.

If it was me though, I would probably just go with a Powerline Ethernet bridge, and a second wireless router located wherever you find any dead zones.
