Here's a suggestion from Macworld that involves "carefully editing one of Safari's binary." As part of the process you need to download a hex editor for the binary. This writer used HexFiend, which is free.
Then you just follow his directions. A commenter to this guy's post writes: "Be certain you have known good backups of any of these files that you edit, and also be aware that the next time the System or Safari is updated, there may be issues."
