You will have to add a bloody stupid dongle to the things you carry around if you want to use headphones that have a standard 3.5mm connector with the iPhone 7. Of course, the one that Apple offers doesn't allow you to charge your phone while using the dongle adapter to replace the headphone jack, so make sure that battery is charged if you like listening to music at work.
It annoys me that Apple is patting themselves on the back for being "brave" enough to remove the industry standard headphone jack and replace it with a proprietary connection that doesn't work with many of the products they sell, such as your Beats headphones. People will still buy it, though, along with the very expensive Bluetooth earbuds that Apple is also offering. I generally like Apple products, but I think this was a terrible move on their part, at least as far as consumers are concerned.
