The limited connectivity message can refer to a number of issues. If I understand correctly, the issue is resolved?
To start troubleshooting the issue you can restart, right click on the network icon and select Troubleshoot problem, which will run through a bunch of steps automatically including resetting your network adapter and refreshing your IP. If that doesn't resolve the issue you can try connecting to a different network which would tell you if the problem is specific to the one network or to the network adapter/settings for the machine. This would be a good start and will either resolve the problem or provide details for the direction to focus on.
