How to erase all personal data on Chromebook before selling it?

Is there anything special I need to do to delete my personal data before I sell an old Chromebook? Since it doesn’t have a HDD, I assume it’s easier than sanitizing a traditional laptop, but I don’t want anyone to be able to recover my photos, documents, etc.
There's a built in open to reset your Chromebook to factory settings, making it like new again. If will wipe all of your data off the machine. There are two ways to perform the reset through a keyboard shortcut and through settings.
Here are the steps from Google:
"Option 1: Reset using shortcut keys
Sign out of your Chromebook.
Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + R.
Click Restart to restart your Chromebook.
In the box that appears, click Reset.

Option 2: Reset using the Settings menu
Sign in to your Chromebook.
Click the status area, where your account picture appears.
Click Settings > Show advanced settings.
In the "Powerwash" section, click Powerwash.
In the box that appears, click Restart."
