How to use PS4’s new Remote Play feature on my PC?

I’d like to be able to play my PS4 games on my PC laptop when I travel. What do I need to do to set up my PS4 and PC to make the Remote Play feature work?
Just an FYI, here are the recommended specs for a Windows PC for Remote Play (pretty mild, for the most part):

Windows® 8.1 (32-bit or 64-bit) or Windows® 10 (32-bit or 64-bit)
Intel Core i5-560M Processor 2.67 GHz or faster
100 MB or more of available storage
2 GB or more of RAM
1024 x 768 or higher display resolution
Sound card
USB port

You also need to make sure that you (1) have updated your PS4 firmware to v3.50, and (2) enable remote play in your PS4 settings.

Push Square has a good guide:
"From the main menu screen, push up and scroll to 'Settings' on the top layer of the user interface. Scroll down the big list that appears and select 'Remote Play Connection Settings'. Then tick the checkbox that says 'Enable Remote Play'.
You may also want to ensure that the PS4 is your primary system. Again, from the Settings menu, select 'PlayStation Network Account Management', then 'Activate As Your Primary PS4 Account', then 'Activate'.

If you want to enable Remote Play from Rest Mode, return to the Settings menu and select 'Power Saving Settings', then 'Set Features Available in Rest Mode'. Check the boxes alongside 'Stay Connected to the Internet' and 'Enable Turning on PS4 from Network'."
Install the Remote Play app on your PC
Plug in your controller via USB, and follow the onscreen prompts. You might have to adjust you video/resolution settings.
