How can I get side-by-side multitasking to work in Windows 8?

The Windows Snap feature allow you to make side-by-side multitasking to work in Windows 8 easily. It is enabled by feature on available only for high resolution more than 1280 X 768 monitors and you can follow the http://www.surfacetablethelp.com/2013/03/snap-view-displays-two-windows-8-apps-on-same-screen.html  to snap View displays two Windows 8 apps on same screen.
