How to restart iPad after Apple ID disabled?

My Apple ID was disabled. I changed the password and restarted my iPad but still disabled

Try accessing your account from a different device, to see if it picks up your password. If it does try to re-associate it with the device (remove and re-add). If you're not able to login, try resetting the password again, and if still not working contact Apple for assistance
