How to use Task Scheduler to set up a scheduled email in Windows 10?

How do I use Task Scheduler to set up an email for sending at a preset time? I’ve done this in Windows 7 using Task Scheduler, but can’t figure out how to get it to work in Windows 10.
This feature was depreciated starting with Windows 8 and Server 2012. As a workaround you can utilize a powershell script. Setup a time trigger, and action that starts powershell, try an argument: -command &{send-mailmessage -from -to -subject 'Subject line' -body 'your message'}
