What are the new features of Android 6.0 Marshmallow?

The next Android release is right around the corner, and Nexus owners will probably get the update to 6.0 within the next couple of weeks. I didn’t try the beta this time around, so I’ll be going in with no rehearsal. Anyone know what the main changes are to Android 6.0 vs. Android 5?
Marshmallow primarily focusing on usability and bug fixes. Here are some top highlights:
Android Pay has been introduced in place of Wallet and will look and work similarly to Apple Pay.
Virtual assistance is now much better streamlines with some additional features such as additional info based on what you’re running or watching on the phone (artist of the album you’re listening to or year a movie you’re watching was made).
Battery improvement with Doze which utilizes the motions sensors to monitor phone activity.
Permission prompts are now are broken down instead of granting access to everything to everything all at once.
USB-C support for fast charging.
