How to set a delayed delivery for Outlook emails?

Can I set a delay with Outlook so that I can fix misspellings or errors in messages that I just sent? I know it can be done with Gmail - I have my Gmail setup to delay sending for 30 seconds, and I like to do the same with Outlook.
1.In the message, on the Options tab, in the More Options group, click Delay Delivery.
2.Click Message Options.
3.Under Delivery options, select the Do not deliver before check box, and then click the delivery date and time that you want.
You can also setup a rule to delay delivery for all messages.
