How to stop Windows Update Delivery Optimization from using my bandwidth to update other Windows 10 computers?

You can configure this part by clicking Start > Settings > Update &security > Windows Update >Advanced options >Choose how updates are delivered.
If you turn the toggle to off, it will disable Windows Update Delivery Optimization, if you choose “PCs on my local network” it will only share with machines on your network. The last radio button should be deselected if you don’t want to share with the rest of the world.
