How to view iCloud files on iPhone without using Safari?

Is there a way to view iCloud files on an iPhone without using Safari?
hi, if you won't use Safari to view files on iphone, and your iphone is iOS 8 or above, you can use iCloud Drive to view files. if you don't have iCloud Drive, you can try this AnyTrans. download it on your computer, connect your iphone to computer > open AnyTrans > on the homepage, click on iCloud > use Apple ID to enter it and view these files and details of your iphone. hope it can help you, thanks.

Sveta has a good answer, but here's a link to the iCloud help site in case you need it later:

The official Apple way:
“On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 8, you can access your files from Apple apps like Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, or any apps that support iCloud Drive.”
There are also apps such as iCloud Opener that let you see all the files in one place.
Here’s some additional info on it:
