"When you delete files on OneDrive using File Explorer, they're moved to the Recycle Bin. Unless your Recycle Bin is overflowing, the files stay there until you empty the Recycle Bin. This lets you restore files you accidentally deleted and move them back to where they were. To open the Recycle Bin, double-tap or double-click the Recycle Bin on the desktop. If you’re in File Explorer, you can enter Recycle Bin in the address bar to open the default Recycle Bin location."
