If you want to change Picture password then Go to PC Settings –> Users and Click on Change picture password .
1) select control panel from the Metro interface
2) select users
3) select your account
4) click the "create a picture password" button
5) enter your existing password
6) choose a picture for the picture password
7) click use this picture
8) select 3 points on the picture
9) click those 3 points again
10) click ok
11) close control panel
