How to stop PS4 from ejecting disc on its own?

When I put my PS4 in rest mode, it sometimes automatically ejects the disc after a minute or two. It just started doing this for no apparent reason, then it will beep at me repeatedly. How can I fix this problem?
Michael has a good answer, but here's a link to the PlayStation help site in case you need it later:

I experienced this issue recently after 6 months with no problems. It seems like it may be fairly common, since Sony has posted a video about it. It will tell you to follow these steps, and if they don’t fix it you will need to send it in for repair:
Power off the system completely by holding down the power button for 7-10 seconds, until you hear 2 beeps.
Wait at least 30 seconds, then unplug the power cable. I actually unplugged the HDMI cable as well, with the thought that it can provide a slight amount of power, but that was probably me just being paranoid.
Leave it unplugged for at least 3 minutes. Plug it back in and hope for the best.

However, if this doesn’t work there is another thing that you can do. There is a small screw that acts as a manual disc eject, and that may need tightening. If the power cycle fix doesn’t work for you, it might be worth a try. A guy posted a good guide on YouTube if you want to try this fix on your own. It’s very simple, and it might do the trick. https://youtu.be/nUDx9TOT8VU
