If a program installs in Windows and doesn't have an uninstaller, that sounds pretty risky. Go to Start / search programs and files, type msconfig and hit enter. Then click on the Startup tab to see if there are programs listed here that should be turned off. Click the checkbox to deselect, and then save.
Afterwards, run an antivirus / antispyware utility like Microsoft security essentials and do a full scan to make certain that your computer is clean. It will likely need a restart after you're done.
