What is the difference between personal and enterprise WPA2 (WiFi Protected Access)?

Is there any reason why people shouldn't use enterprise for their home networks?
It’s much more of a pain to set up enterprise. You have to set up every device and pre configure it for 802.1X encryption. There is little to no practical need for a home network to use WPA2 enterprise. WPA2 PSK (pre-shaped key, aka personal) is sufficiently secure for 99% of individual users, and doing things like changing the default SSID and password can help further improve security with very little effort.
