This is the process according to SugarSync support:
1. Log in to your account.
2. In the top right hand corner of the page, click on your name and select My Account.
3. Scroll down to Settings > Connected Devices, and click on Manage.
4. On the Manage Connected Devices page, scroll down to the device needing to be wiped and removed. Click on Wipe & Remove.
5. Confirm by click on the red Wipe the Device button.
6. Wipe has been requested.
7. Once the device has been wiped, a confirmation will appear at the bottom of the page.
