Why has Box decided to integrate with Office 365?

Probably the most consistent critic of Microsoft that I’ve ran across in the past few years is Aaron Levie, CEO of Box. Levie made it abundantly clear that he despised SharePoint in particular, but spared no kind words for Microsoft in general. Now Box is announcing Office 365 integration. What changed to cause Aaron Levie to change his mind about Microsoft?

He probably sat down and figured out the advantages and disadvantages to his business related to Office 365 integration. Clearly there were more advantages and that's probably why he changed his mind. Most companies have to go where the money is even if they don't like having to deal with Microsoft.
