This is hard to say, question is if there is any VPN that doesnt keep logs for real. Most of them say so but you never know. You can read vpn reviews here.

There are quite a few VPN providers that do not store logs that can identify a user. Some of them have even additional security features to further prevent online tracking, attacks and data leaks. A list of such providers and more detailed reviews of each one you can find here: http://www.review-vpn.com/vpn-for-streaming/best-no-logs-vpn/

Torrent Freak had an article earlier this year about the most private VPN services. I didn’t re-read the entire article, but one of the factors was whether the service kept logs. Those that didn’t included:

Private Internet Access:

BT Guard

TorGuard

Torrent Privacy

IPVanish

PRIVACY.IO

Viking VPN

Anonine

IVPN

AirVPN

PRIVATVPN

PRQ

BoxPN

MULLVAD

NordVPN

proxy.sh
