Which streaming audio service offers the best sound quality?

Obviously there are differences in compression and sound quality, but does anyone know of an objective measure of the differences? I don’t have the time or patience to try them all out, but I’m hoping someone else has!

I have no idea, I just generally use iTunes Radio and it works fine for me. I'm not really an audiophile though so perhaps I'm not the best person to ask about this. I suggest experimenting with different services and see which one you like best.

I’ve wondered about this as well and so, it turns out, has Marc Urselli. He is a sound engineer and took the time to actually compare different streaming audio service. He didn’t compare them all, but he did throw Rdio, MOG (no longer around), Beats, Google Play Music, and Spotify into the mix. He measured kbps for streaming music and Mb of downloaded files. It turns out that the quality was different depending on method of listening - Beats was the winner when streaming over WiFi, but the worst when streaming over LTE. He picked Play Music as his overall winner.
