What should wireless router NAT settings be when using two routers in small office?

When using two routers in an office, one for WLAN and the other as a bridge, what should their NAT settings be? All on, all off, or one on and one off?

Mandril has a great answer for t his.

The bridge should have NAT off and be in bridge mode. The one that is being used as a router should have NAT on. If you leave both on, it can cause poor performance. NAT is usually turned on by default, so you will probably have to manually configure it.
