Word 2010 Password protect different sections.

How does one password protect different sections of a Word document with different passwords? For example: in the same document section 1 has a password of boy. There is a second section that has a password of girl.

This is similar to password protecting different ranges in Excel.

Thank you.

Joe

I can't answer your question directly, but here's a link to the Microsoft Office support site.

Joe, can you explain us what you would like to get and with what protection in Excel you compare?

There are no sections in Word. Password protection is set for the whole file. Different types of protection (Password to Open/ Password to Modify/ VBA Password) serve various purposes but all of them work with the whole document.
