I have read about this on a number of forums. It seemed to be more Verizon S5s than others, but that could have just been because Verizon is a big company and has moved more units. Both Verizon and Samsung have issued statements indicating that they are aware of the issue and will replace any defective devices. It’s a headache, but it looks like you will have no problem getting the issue resolved.
