I'm not saying, "How do you use Twitter" in the functional sense:
[1) type in a 140 character tweet, 2) press send. What I mean is, do you have any strategies for making Twitter a more functional tool for working with staff, bosses, or customers (fans?)]
What I am hoping to see in response are some suggestions for making Twitter a useful tool, and not just a constant distraction from people I barely know talking about thing that bear little consequence to my life. While it's easy to Deride twitter as being a tool for those hopelessly affected by ADD, but it must have some worthwhile potential for it to be as popular as it is in an age of Facebook dominance.
