How to delete all data on a Chromebook before selling it?

I need to make sure to delete all the personal data (everything really) on a Chromebook that I am going to sell. Anyone know exactly how I go about it?

Reset your Chromebook

"You can clear all local user data stored on your Chromebook by resetting it to its original factory state, also known as powerwash. This step might be helpful if you want to reset owner permissions or if you're experiencing issues with your user profile.

Follow these steps to reset your Chromebook to its original factory state:

Click the status area in the lower-right corner, where your account picture appears.
Select Settings and click Show advanced settings at the bottom of the page.
Find the "Powerwash" section and click Reset.
In the dialogue box that opens, select Restart."

There is a function called “Powerwash” in Chrome OS. Not only does it have a catchy name, it does exactly what you need. Go into SETTINGS, then select SHOW ADVANCED SETTINGS. Look down near the bottom of the dialog box, and you should see POWERWASH. Click Powerwash to “remove user accounts and reset your Chrome device to be just like new.” Restart your Chromebook, and it should be ready for you to sell.
