How to recover corrupt SQL server backup file database

I had taken a backup of my SQL Server database, but now I'm unable to restore data from it or somehow it has got corrupted. Is there any solution to recover this damaged backup database?

Try getting fresh backup and restoring it or you can try Free SQL Backup Recovery see here: http://www.mdfviewer.com/recovery/backup/
Or if you want to recover your database from corrupt backup file, then I think you should try some third-party BKF Recovery tools which support recovery of SQL database. Google will definitely help you out.

Online market is full with 3rd party tools which can recover data from corrupt database of Microsoft SQL Server. But I'm little confused here. Do you want to recover your SQL database or SQL database from corrupt backup file? That would be helpful if you clear this doubt. You have two options as far as I can see here. If your SQL database is corrupt, you can try to repair it. How? I'll make it easy for you. There is a manual trick I've shared in my blog post. You can read the blog and perform the trick given there. That would be useful for you. Remember, the manual trick doesn't require any 3rd party tool.

Thanks and best regards.

Hi marshall, the main reason for SQL backup file corruption is interval Server errors or virus attacks etc. These errors affect the entire data functioning of the backup file and eventually results in the inaccessibility of the data items. In this situation user can use SQL backup database recovery tool to recover corrupt backup file into healthy backup file by maintaining proper data integrity as usual.
